In my experience the first decision of many is the decision to GO! Having made that decision, they then find they are faced with more decisions. It is not easy.
Many times I have been contacted by potential buyers who are quite sure they want to look at holiday letting in a particular location and give me a firm figure on their preferred level of investment. Six months later they have acquired a permanent letting business in another location at a price a long way from the price they were so ‘firm’ about.
